Taking Our LA Luxury Story to China
An influential crowd of Chinese investors, bankers and business leaders got to know John Aaroe Group this month as our CEO John Aaroe and Chief Marketing Officer Heidi Hockenberry attended a three-day Luxury Properties Showcase in Guangzhou, China. John Aaroe was a featured speaker at the invitation-only event, giving the audience insights on what makes California the preferred investment location for Chinese buyers. “Los Angeles real estate represents one of the best buys among major cities worldwide, and we are seeing an increasingly international buyer audience,” Aaroe noted in his presentation, which focused on the array of real estate opportunities across the Greater Los Angeles region. “We are here to enhance our growing relationships with Chinese investors and further collaborate with real estate firms around the world who’ve joined us for this conference.” Aaroe added he was especially excited to introduce a new collection of 18 international websites, the first initiative in the company’s strategy to directly connect international wealth to our Los Angeles clients. The firm also distributed a 36-page Chinese language magazine at the show, featuring information about the company and a selection of premier properties. See the digital magazine here.
