Robb Report Vice Chairman Bill Curtis chooses John Aaroe Group to sell his $15M Malibu estate

Bill Curtis, vice chairman of luxury magazine and lifestyle brand Robb Report, has listed his spectacular contemporary home at 31454 Broad Beach Road in Malibu with Sally Forster Jones, President of Aaroe International Luxury Properties. Curtis, who acquired Robb Report in 2001 as publisher of CurtCo Media Group, previously served as the firm’s chief executive.

Sensitively remodeled and expertly crafted down to the smallest detail, the 7,500 square foot, one-of-a-kind masterpiece on prestigious Broad Beach faces exceptional ocean frontage with direct beach access.

Along the vast open living space, sliding glass doors fold and disappear to showcase the sand and coastline views and access the expansive deck. A dramatic infinity edge swimming pool with spa seems to blend into the ocean below. Other amenities in the multi-story seven-bedroom, eight-bath residence include a luxurious screening room and a 3,000-bottle world-class wine cellar with separate tasting room.

About Sally Forster Jones

Over more than thirty-five years, Sally has earned a reputation as one of the top real estate brokers in Southern California and beyond. Today, she is President of Aaroe International Luxury Properties at John Aaroe Group in Beverly Hills. In 2015, WSJ Real Trends ranked her team #9 in sales volume among all brokers at all companies nationwide. Sally has closed some $4 billion in total sales during her career — approximately $600,000,000 in the past two years alone. She continues to raise the bar for Los Angeles real estate sales. In 2014 she made Beverly Hills real estate history with the sale of 1181 Hillcrest to her client, Swedish billionaire and creator of Minecraft Markus Persson.
