What the heck is hygge, and where do I get some?
The Danish concept of hygge took off last year in the UK and is now sweeping the US by storm. Especially popular during Nordic winters, hygge (HUE-gah) is the art of making ordinary, every day moments more meaningful, beautiful or special. Although lifestyle marketers are going wild with cozy pillows and charming candles, hygge is really about rediscovering contentment — something all of us can use.
