Your private Tahitian island paradise
You can’t find a more ravishing spot than Motu Moie, 20 pristine private acres of paradise in French Polynesia’s Society Islands. And now it can be yours for $9,500,000.

Motu Moie is all coconut palms, white sand beaches, warm turquoise waters teeming with brilliant sea life, and stunning views of the Bora Bora peaks. It lies on the edge of a coral reef in the lagoon of Taha’a, the Vanilla Island – also known for its pearls.

Set near Raiatea in the Leeward Islands, Motu Moie (the “Far Away Aisle”) has just enough room to host a few very fortunate friends. There’s a main house with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area; three beautiful beachfront guest suites; an owner’s bungalow; a sports bungalow; and caretaker’s accommodations. Fresh water rises from a natural coral-filtered well, and solar electricity powers lighting and refrigeration. Getting there is easy to strategize, with daily flights from Los Angeles to Papeete followed by a 45-minute commuter fight to Raiatea/Taha’a and a short lagoon boat ride to your private island.

Restaurants, shops, government and medical offices are nearby, and markets offer local produce plus products and food from France and around the globe. But on this islet, the world is reduced to astonishing beauty wrapped in South Pacific breezes. If splendid isolation is all you dream of, it doesn’t get more splendid than this.

Motu Moie is represented by Catherine Binamo and Roger Jarnigan of our Sherman Oaks office.
