John loves the Westside/South Bay lifestyle and is very active in the community.  In his free time he has served as the head coach of the Varsity boys and girls basketball teams at St. Monica Catholic High School where the girls’ team won the CIF championship in 2013.  He was an assistant with the Windward girls basketball team which won the CIF championship in 2015.  A sports enthusiast, he loves playing basketball, tennis, beach volleyball and golf in his free time.   

John currently resides in Mar Vista with his wife Jill, sons Dax and Tyson and their two dogs Maverick and Julep.  read less «

Recently, I had the experience of working with your agent, John Skinner. I am writing to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with John. Our sale was a probate sale. Although the court approval was not required, all of the probate “formalities” still had to be followed. John represented the buyer, and with no agent on our side, the burden fell upon John to ensure the process proceeded properly.
