Being Southern California natives, as well as long time Westside homeowners, Wick and Joanne have built their lives in the very communities they service. Team Ludwick’s many years of involvement in different aspects of the real estate industry have allowed them to provide unique benefits to their clients. After graduating from American University in Washington D.C. with a degree in finance and real estate, Wick began a career in the construction industry, gaining nearly 20 years of experience predominantly in the residential market, including the purchase, improvement and sale of a number of homes in the West LA area. Having remodeled countless properties, Wick brings a unique perspective to the real estate sales market with a keen eye for thoughtful, well-built homes, and the experience to know how to effectively improve a house that has great hidden potential. It’s this depth of knowledge that allows Wick’s clients looking to sell to achieve the maximum sales price for their homes, and helps his clients in the market to buy a property discover unseen possibilities, navigate the inspection process, and ultimately find a home they love.

Joanne received her B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from UC Irvine, and went to work in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. She later gained additional sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a multi-award winning representative for GlaxoSmithKline, before jumping back into real estate as a relocation consultant. Joanne continues to specialize in executive relocation, helping corporate officers and high-level executives to pinpoint the ideal neighborhood for their families, select the best schools for their kids, and ultimately find their new homes as they prepare to relocate to LA. Joanne uses her expertise as a consultant to provide a customer service experience for her clients that continues long after the close of escrow.

For Wick and Joanne, Team Ludwick is an ideal that moves beyond just real estate. They have been married over 14 years, and live on the Westside with their three children. When they aren’t working or shuttling kids to lacrosse, basketball, and soccer, you’ll find them working out at the Griffin Club, hitting the beach at Tower 26, or tent camping with the kids. They love annual family road trips to National Parks and Lake Tahoe, weekend getaways to Palm Desert, and their favorite place in the world is one particular treehouse in Costa Rica.
